This item was a part of a property acquisition and the condition/operational status is unknown. Buyers are encouraged to attend the public inspection date listed below to assess the item in person. No additional information can be provided and no inquiries. Item is sold As is, Where is and with all faults. Inspection is the responsibility of the Buyer. Please review the details below and bid accordingly.
Public Inspection Date: October 25 (8:00AM – 2:00PM EST)
Location: PA Turnpike Commission, Property Acquisition –100 Cecil Henderson Road, Canonsburg, PA 15317
Removal Deadline: Items must be removed on November 14, 2018 (8:00AM – 5:00PM EST) and November 15, 2018 (8:00AM – 4:00PM EST) ONLY, no appointment needed.
Removal Requirements: There are only two removal days for this item. Buyer or transport company must bring a copy of the Item Release Form at time of removal. United Parcel Service (UPS) is not an acceptable method of removal for any item. ANY REMAINING ITEMS LEFT AFTER THE TWO REMOVAL DAYS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED WITHOUT REFUND/RESALE AND DEMOLISHED ONSITE. Please make necessary removal arrangements to pick up on time. There will be absolutely NO late pickups or any pickup dates beyond these dates.
There is removal assistance available at this location by loader only. No loading dock, ramps, or other equipment for loading are available onsite. Buyer must come prepared with appropriate equipment to handle removal of item and is the Buyer’s responsibility.
Abandonment: Any item left after the two posted removal dates will be considered abandoned by the Buyer and item returned to the PA Turnpike Commission’s possession. Removal will not be permitted after November 15, 2018 at 4:00PM EST. All abandonments are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Any item that is not picked up within the (10) ten calendar days of the sale date or by the specific removal deadline noted on the listing, the item will be considered abandoned and re-sold by the PA Turnpike Commission. All abandonments are non-refundable.
